Working in Windows
The desktop app uses adjacent panes, its own menus and keyboard shortcuts. Company data remains shared with the mobile apps.
Panes and search
A list and selected item may appear side by side, and pane widths can be adjusted. Ctrl+F opens context search; Ctrl+W closes an internal pane. Routes may differ from mobile even when the data is the same.
Telegram keyboard actions
Ctrl+N starts a new Telegram chat; Ctrl+, opens its settings. Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab move to the next or previous chat in the current list or selected folder. Esc acts on the active overlay or menu. In Windows, chat folders are reached through the Settings gear in the bottom panel; Devices is not shown in the current layout.
CRM table
Open VORKO → CRM → Leads / Deals → ⋯ → View → List. The table shows one card per row. After editing a cell, press Save; merely opening an editor changes nothing. Configure columns in CRM Settings → Fields. The stage bar shows pipeline position, not completed VORKO deal history.
CRM search and zoom
In CRM → Leads / Deals → ⋯ → Search, enter a full or partial phone number, including a linked client contact. Other filters and access rights still apply. If Zoom is available, it changes only how the board appears on your computer; reopening may reset it.
Publish a request
In VORKO → China → Requests choose Create request, select a type, complete required fields, then press Publish and confirm. The form supports sourcing, a link-based request, a new vehicle in stock or made to order where shown. Adding a file or opening the form does not publish the request.
Employee card
In VORKO → Employees use + → New employee and select the relevant Telegram person. To change a position, open the employee row, choose Edit → Position, then save access. Opening that person’s chat or Telegram profile does not change their company role.
Telegram storage
Use the bottom Settings gear → Data and storage → Storage usage. Clearing selected categories frees Telegram’s local cache but does not delete company messages and documents in VORKO → Files. Configure media auto-download separately for the mobile network and Wi-Fi.
