Approvals
A separate importer system routes supported employee actions to authorized managers for review.
Approval request
Open the pending list and a request card. It shows the decision subject, actor and available responses. An authorized manager decides, and the outcome remains in the history.
Settings
Rules are set on the Approval settings screen, opened from Approvals; only the owner and the company manager have the settings button. The exporter does not have this tile in its main menu.
Active, history and execution
Active shows requests awaiting a decision or still executing; executed, rejected, cancelled and superseded requests appear in History. The requester may withdraw their own pending request. An assigned manager approves or rejects only when authorized for that decision. Approval alone does not mean the deal action was executed; check the subsequent result.
