Roles and access
A company owns its data. An employee sees sections and performs actions according to role, granted rights and the current object state.
Companies and employees
The importer creates requests and chooses offers. The exporter prepares options and confirms actions on its side. The owner manages staff, and each employee’s permissions are assigned separately. Commercial terms are agreed with VORKO and recorded on activation; the owner sees them in Finance.
Action checks
A visible button does not replace an access check: the system evaluates each specific action. Finance, CRM, documents and deals may have different viewing and editing rules.
