Exporter terms
An exporter pays no subscription fee. Commission and security follow company terms; incurred obligations are settled at an agreed time.
Commission
The base commission is 1% of the agreed vehicle price including delivery, at least CNY 500 per deal. It accrues once after payment confirmation. Inspection, reservation and extra services are excluded from the base. Individual rate and minimum are recorded in company terms.
Flexible settlement
Current obligations can be settled in full or in part without a fixed month-end date. Cash received and an agreed operational offset are recorded separately; the unsettled amount remains on record.
Security funds
Before commercial work is allowed, an exporter passes a VORKO check and deposits security funds. The amount is agreed individually with the Administrator and fixed in the company’s national currency. Security is kept separate from commission, is not a fee for system access and does not limit the exporter’s responsibility for the cargo and its part of the delivery. The exact amount is not disclosed to other companies.
