Link CRM to a VORKO deal
A link can be added in a CRM deal card when useful. It displays trade-deal events beside customer history and is not a stage of the VORKO deal.
How the link works
On the Actions tab of a CRM deal card, tap Link to VORKO and choose the deal in the VORKO deal sheet; deals already linked to other cards are not listed. Once linked, the block shows the latest event of the VORKO deal and an Open topic button. If a stage has a VORKO event in Stages and card view, the card moves to that stage when the event happens; only events after linking count. Unlink removes only the link: the card and the VORKO deal both remain.
What stays independent
Requests, offers, reservations, payment documents and execution follow VORKO’s own rules. A CRM stage cannot confirm payment, reserve a vehicle or change a VORKO deal state.
