Exporter settlement

The exporter settles incurred obligations with VORKO at an agreed time. Settlement is not tied to month-end and may be partial.

What makes up the amount

The aggregate includes VORKO commission on deals, Importer remainders due for transfer and adjustments. It covers unsettled obligations across periods, with currencies and purposes kept separate. The full vehicle price paid by an importer to the exporter is not a payment due to VORKO.

How an obligation is covered

An administrator records actual external receipt by VORKO and separately records an agreed offset of operational funds. For a partial settlement, the covered obligations are specified; the rest remain outstanding. Calendar month-end alone does not create overdue status or an automatic block.

Settlement example

Suppose an exporter owes CNY 1,000 in Importer remainders and CNY 500 in VORKO commission: CNY 1,500 total. An agreed CNY 400 operational-funds offset and a confirmed CNY 1,100 external receipt cover it. The settlement record shows the commission and the Importer remainders covered, and records the offset separately from money received. This illustrates the accounting structure, not a mandatory payment method.

When other balances change

Importers can use their remainders as soon as payment is confirmed; the exporter’s settlement closes the obligation to transfer these amounts to VORKO. Referral credit on commission arises only for the commission portion actually covered. The unpaid portion remains on record until the next settlement.
