CRM fields and stages
Fields define the data in customer cards; stages define pipeline structure. Both are CRM configuration.

Fields
The company creates supported field types in settings and decides how cards use them. Changing a field does not automatically move data into a VORKO trade deal.
Stages
Stages reflect work with a lead or CRM deal. Changing their order and presentation does not replace VORKO deal stages; the link is configured separately: a deal stage can be given a VORKO event, and that event in the linked VORKO deal moves the card to the stage automatically.
