Vehicle inspection
Inspection is agreed and performed for a specific deal. Its type, price, results and materials stay connected to that deal.
Exporter prerequisite
Before receiving a request, the exporter opens Company profile → Inspection, enters the name and CNY price for at least one type, enables it and saves. If no type is available, the importer form cannot submit a request. A description is optional and does not replace the name or price.
Choose the service
The exporter configures available inspection types and their terms. The importer chooses one type from the exporter’s list for each request. The list is indicative: the exporter confirms whether the inspection can be done for the specific vehicle by accepting or declining the request. A repeat inspection can be requested until the deal’s payment is confirmed. Inspection is paid separately.
Results
Inspection documents and results are attached to the deal. Once the importer accepts the report, the inspection price is charged to its balance in favour of the exporter. In the “with deposit” format, the deposit becomes the reservation deposit after the report is accepted and goes to the exporter if the importer declines the vehicle. Opening the service card alone does not confirm that it was performed or paid for.
