First sign-in and workspace
Before work begins, the app connects an employee account with a company workspace. First-run and recovery may show separate steps.
Connect
Sign-in uses the designated key and workspace verification. The company and employee must be confirmed before protected data and actions open.
Recovery
If the workspace does not match the app’s current state, a verification or recovery flow appears. Follow its on-screen steps; do not use another company’s employee account to regain access.
