Deal participants
Participants join a specific deal according to company side and permissions. The history shows who performed relevant actions.

Manual participation
The owner, the company manager or an employee allowed to manage deal participants adds an active employee of their own company with the Add participant tile on the Actions tab; the Participants tab shows the current list. The person receives only the access and actions allowed by their role and the deal’s current state.
Automatic addition
An automation rule may add an employee at a selected stage. It does not change deal parties or confirm a payment or other operation.
