Terms and calculation examples
This section brings together activation, subscription, commission, company funds and referral rules. Company-specific terms are recorded during onboarding.
Importer
The introductory allowance is ten successfully published requests. The three-month free period runs from the date the VORKO administrator activates the company; the base subscription is then RUB 50,000 per month. The described software modules are included; vehicle costs and separate services are not.
Exporter
There is no subscription fee. The base commission is 1% of the agreed vehicle price including delivery, with a minimum of CNY 500 per deal. At CNY 150,000 the commission is CNY 1,500. Reservation, inspection and extra services do not enlarge its base. Settlement can be made in full or in part at an agreed time.
Funds and balances
Security and operational funds are recorded separately. A deal remainder is calculated after payment is confirmed and is available to the importer at once; Finance shows it. Money received and an agreed operational offset are distinct accounting events.
