Consent for analysis
Employee control applies only to the selected work-message scope with employee consent.
Personal view
Employees see connection and consent status in their personal view. The employee personally chooses which private chats the company bot can access (All private chats, except… or Selected chats only); the owner and the company manager only set the analysis time and directions. Enabling the module does not expose all chats.
Changing consent
If consent or scope changes, further processing follows the new state. A daily summary concerns permitted data for that period. The text of permitted messages is kept in source form for no more than 30 days and sent to the configured AI provider for the daily assessment; the owner and the company manager receive only scores, findings and recommendations, without the source messages.
