Permanent commission-free pair
An exporter can directly invite an importer and establish a commission-free pair in its direction without a fixed end date.
What changes
VORKO charges no commission on deals between this pair in the exporter’s direction. Those deals do not create a referral fund. Other deal actions and documents still follow ordinary rules.
Establishment
The right arises only from a direct invitation: VORKO records the pair before the invited importer is fully activated, so tell the Administrator about the invitation in advance. An existing business relationship alone does not create a commission-free pair. The exemption does not cover the invited importer’s deals with other exporters.
