Exporters select requests that fit their business and capacity. They do not have to respond to every request.

Prepare an offer
In the request card, the exporter reviews the importer’s criteria and prepares one or more options with vehicle information, materials, price with delivery and terms.
Participation
The company decides which request to handle. Other exporters’ terms are not disclosed to it. An offer is not yet a deal until the importer chooses it.
