Windows: notifications and appearance
Desktop notification behavior depends on whether the app is running and which settings are available.
When notifications arrive
While the Windows app is running, including in the system tray, supported VORKO and Telegram notifications can arrive. After Exit, the app stops and local notifications do not appear until it is launched again.
Telegram appearance
Separate Telegram theme and wallpaper controls are hidden in the current Windows layout. Do not follow the mobile route for them; available options appear in desktop Settings.
