Exporter: first steps
Complete the company profile and configure inspection types first. Then choose importer requests, send offers and maintain the catalogue. An accepted offer continues in a separate deal.
Profile and inspection setup
After entering the workspace, open Company profile, complete the details and save them. In the same profile add at least one enabled inspection type with a name and CNY price; a description is optional. Save the changes. Without an available type, an importer cannot submit an inspection request to your company.
Requests and offers
A response includes vehicle details, materials, the price with delivery and terms. Several options may be offered for one request. Other exporters do not see your offer’s terms.
Settlement with VORKO
Exporters pay no subscription fee. A commission accrues after payment is confirmed for a deal. Current obligations may be settled in full or in part at an agreed time; month-end does not set the settlement date.
