Deal participant rules
VORKO automation defines the participant and deal stage at which the person should join.
Configure
The owner, the company manager or an employee with automation management access selects the event and employee. The rule governs its own future triggers; it does not replace an approval decision.
When it fires
When the relevant stage is reached, the employee is added through the deal-participant process. Assigned permissions still limit actions.
Save and monitor a rule
Choose a deal milestone and employees, then save the rule; enable or pause it as needed. One employee is assigned to one milestone and cannot assign themselves. Needs attention appears when an automatic addition did not go through and shows the deal, milestone and reason; the section itself does not execute a deal action.
