Telegram settings
In the Telegram area, employees manage their own profile, sessions, notifications, chat folders and display preferences.
Account and sessions
Personal profile and sessions belong to the employee’s Telegram account and do not change company commercial terms. Settings differ by platform: the current Windows layout does not show Devices. Do not follow the mobile route for this item on Windows.
Folders, notifications and storage
Folders organize chats. Notifications, sounds, auto-download, data and storage are configured separately. Visible controls can vary between mobile and desktop layouts.
Chat folders
On iOS and Android tap the menu button at the top right of the Chats list and open Chat folders; on Windows use the Settings gear in the bottom panel. Personal folders can be created, edited and reordered. The VORKO work folder has separate protections and is not an ordinary deletable folder.
Notifications, storage and appearance
From your profile open Notifications and sounds, Data and storage or Appearance. These areas configure alerts and exceptions, media auto-download and storage, theme and language. Check VORKO categories separately from personal-chat notifications.
