Reservation
Reservation is an action on a particular deal when its state allows it. Its term and conditions remain in the deal history.
Before reserving
Participants check the selected vehicle, agreed terms and available actions. The exporter accepts a reservation request with a deposit in CNY or without one, or declines it. If a deposit is set, the importer confirms the terms within one hour; without a deposit the vehicle is reserved at once. The deposit is not part of the vehicle price or the VORKO subscription.
After the action
Reservation state and confirmations appear in the deal. The contract payment deadline equals the reservation deadline; without a valid reservation no contract is issued. The importer requests an extension, and the exporter confirms or declines it. If the importer cancels the reservation or it expires before payment is confirmed, the deposit goes to the exporter; if the exporter releases the reservation early, the deposit is returned to the importer together with compensation of 50% of the deposit. Moving a linked CRM card between stages does not create or change a reservation.
