Employee control
This module produces daily summaries and risk signals for permitted work messages. Analysis requires employee consent and a configured scope.
Manager view
The owner and the company manager see the management view and the summaries available to them. They switch the system on for the company and set the analysis time and analysis directions; each employee personally chooses which private chats the bot can access. The management view never shows source messages — only scores, findings and recommendations.
Employee view and consent
Employees have a personal consent and connection view. If consent is withdrawn or a scope is off, new messages are not collected; source events already received are deleted within the retention period of no more than 30 days, and existing summaries are kept under the current company and VORKO documents.
