Deal journey and teamwork
From a request or catalogue item to documents and execution, each selected option becomes a separate deal. Participants see actions according to their roles.
How a deal starts
The importer selects an offer or a catalogue item. The original terms, participants and materials are linked to the new VORKO deal. A request alone is not a deal.
What the team does
Employees join with the required permissions. The deal shows stages, participants, documents and actions available in its current state. Automation rules may add employees at selected stages. Importers also have a separate approvals system.
Messages and translation
Linked Telegram topics complement the structured deal. The original message remains available; if translation is temporarily unavailable, the original text is delivered.
