Files and notes
This section brings together company documents, deal materials, notes and file tools. Access depends on the file source and employee permissions.
Folders and search
The root screen leads to company folders, deal and request files, recent items and tools. Documents remain linked to their objects, so a deal file may be opened from the deal or its folder.
Notes
Notes are created and edited within Files. They can be searched, renamed, opened for the company or hidden from it. A deleted note stays in the trash for 30 days and can be restored from there.
Tools and current limit
The Files area includes supported PDF, ZIP and format-conversion actions; select a file and check the result in the tool task. Nearby-device file transfer is currently disabled and should not be treated as an available sending method.
