Telegram and work topics
The app includes a Telegram layer with chats and profile. Linked request and deal topics support trade work.
Chats and topics
Telegram opens chats, topics, media, attachments and message actions. A deal topic is linked to a specific VORKO deal, while structured terms and states remain in the deal itself.
Message translation
Messages between linked work topics are translated automatically into the recipient company’s language. The original text is kept with the translation; if translation is temporarily unavailable, the message is still delivered in its original form.
Chats, messages and attachments
Open the bottom Telegram tab → Chats, then a chat or work topic. Press and hold a message to see available actions; they depend on chat type and rights. For an attachment, use the paperclip by the input and choose gallery, file or camera when available. Selecting a file does not send it; review it and use the separate Send action.
Start a personal chat
In the Chats list header tap the pencil button: New message opens with a contact search — choose a contact. The app has no option to create a new group or channel.
