Importer: first steps
Set up company access and complete the company profile first. Then create a request or choose a catalogue vehicle, compare offers and open a deal for the chosen option.
Before work begins
The owner registers the company and enters its workspace through the onboarding process. Open Company profile, complete the available company details and save them. This is the first work step for both importers and exporters. Completing the profile is separate from company activation and commercial terms.
Explore the system
Before full activation, the company owner may successfully publish ten introductory requests. The limit does not reset daily. Offers may be reviewed, while opening deals, adding employees and paid actions require activation.
After choosing an offer
The selected offer becomes the basis of a VORKO deal. It records terms, participants, documents and stages. Reservation, inspection and extra services use the actions available for the deal’s current state.
