Importer requests
A request describes the company’s need and selection criteria. After successful publication, it becomes available to eligible exporters for that direction, except those the company owner has turned off in Exporters.
Create and publish
In Requests, the importer chooses a request type, enters terms and materials, then publishes it. A draft or failed publication does not use the introductory allowance. A request does not oblige the company to accept an offer.
Offers and choice
Exporters prepare offers for the request. The importer compares vehicle details, materials, price with delivery and other terms. A deal begins only when an authorised employee presses Take to work on the chosen offer; several offers for one request can be taken to work, each becoming a separate deal. New offers can arrive for 47 hours after publication, up to 10 per request. An offer can be taken to work until those 47 hours end; after that, offers remain in the history for viewing.
