Folders and archives
Company files are organized by folders and objects: deals, requests, offers and other work materials.
Find a file
Open Deals or Requests and offers, then select an object. Recent items provide quick access to used files. Archives open from their associated record.
File access
Seeing a folder does not grant access to every attachment. Rights are checked for each source and action, including view, edit and send.
