How VORKO operates
This section expands the short commercial proposals with concepts and boundaries relevant to daily use.
Request, offer and deal
A request describes importer demand; an offer is an exporter’s option. A VORKO deal is created for the selected option and runs separately. Publishing a request or sending an offer does not by itself accept a deal.
Money and documents
The parties pay for the vehicle outside VORKO using their documents. The system retains supporting materials and deal states; it is not the bank account used to buy the vehicle. Security, operational funds, commission and remainders remain distinct.
Work channels
Structured deal information is kept in VORKO. Linked Telegram topics add messages and materials. CRM runs the separate customer process and may be linked to a VORKO deal when needed.
