Calculation examples
The figures explain the calculation under base terms. Actual amounts and individual terms are recorded during onboarding and in each deal.
Exporter commission
At an agreed vehicle price of CNY 150,000 including delivery, a 1% commission is CNY 1,500. Extra services worth CNY 3,000 do not enlarge the base. If the calculated amount is lower, the agreed minimum applies; the base minimum is CNY 500.
Importer remainder
If confirmed payment is CNY 158,000, the vehicle with delivery costs CNY 150,000 and extra services in the same payment cost CNY 3,000, the calculated remainder is CNY 5,000. It is available to the importer at once and appears in Finance.
Referral credit
If an importer was invited by another importer company, then at its subscription of RUB 50,000 the launch fund at 50% is RUB 25,000 after VORKO actually receives the payment. Only an inviting importer receives a subscription share; an exporter that invited an importer receives a share of commission on that importer’s deals with other exporters. Two direct referrers are possible only on a deal commission — they then share one fund under the programme rules.
