How money moves
Vehicle payment, VORKO receipts, internal offsets and payouts are different events. This page separates external money movement from accounting entries.
Vehicle: between the parties
The importer pays the exporter for the vehicle outside VORKO under the parties’ documents. The exporter verifies receipt and confirms it through the deal action. Documents and a system status do not mean VORKO received the vehicle price.
Receipts to VORKO
Subscription, security, operational funds and exporter commission have distinct purposes. An administrator confirms actual external money received by VORKO; an intention to pay is not receipt. Security is not VORKO revenue and does not automatically cover a subscription or commission.
Internal offsets and payouts
An agreed transfer or offset reallocates recorded funds without a new external receipt. Available operational funds, balance or referral credits may cover an obligation only under the applicable rules; security is not used for ordinary payments, and only an Administrator can apply an exporter’s security, on a claim raised from a specific deal. Preparing a payout reserves the amount; only a confirmed payout records money leaving externally.
Check type and status
In Finance, open an operation row and check its amount, type, currency, status and, where present, the linked deal. A calculated amount, confirmed receipt, available balance and money paid out are different states. Currencies remain separate.
