CRM & communications

CRM settings

A company configures stages, fields, rights and customer-work rules; each employee sets their own CRM notifications. These are CRM settings.

Stages and fields

Stages define the pipeline; fields define card data. Changing them affects customer cards but does not replace stages of a separate VORKO deal.

Automation inside CRM

CRM scenarios act on customer events and tasks within CRM. They are different from the VORKO home-screen Automation tile, which adds employees to trade deals at selected stages.

CRM notifications

In CRM → More → Settings → Notifications, enable the required alerts, select triggers and quiet hours if needed, then save. The setting applies only to you: each employee has their own CRM notifications. These are CRM settings; notifications for other app areas are configured separately.

VORKO Assistant plan

Set up with the VORKO Assistant is available during initial CRM setup and in CRM → More → Settings. After the response, open View the plan: the Plan of changes screen shows each proposed change as Now → After. A proposal does not change CRM by itself. Review all steps: Apply carries out the whole plan, Cancel discards it. If some steps cannot be rolled back, the app lists them and asks you to confirm.
