VORKO: main menu
VORKO brings foreign-trade deals, company work and separate modules together. This guide follows the app’s main menu: choose a trade direction or system, then open the relevant screen.
What is on the home screen
The home screen shows the trade direction and tiles available for your role: Finance, Employees, importer Approvals, Files, Automation, About the system and CRM; an exporter also has Catalog, the owner and the company manager have Company profile, and an importer has the Unavailable folder. Visibility depends on role and rights. For the owner or the company manager, the CRM tile may open its activation screen even before the module is enabled. The owner and the company manager reach Employee control through Automation; an employee may have a separate Control tile.
Trade direction and company role
An importer opens China; an exporter opens Russia. The folder contains requests, deals and other sections for that direction. Available items depend on the company’s role and the employee’s permissions.
